SYNOPSIS

Jen Darling is a small town butcher doing his best to raise his five year old daughter, Grace, to give her a stable, normal life. But her mother, Bea, is a meth addict who manipulates everyone to maintain her habit including using Grace against Jen. Jen has a plan to get Grace out of Bea’s toxic world, but it’s going to take more money that he can earn from his shop. To raise the kind of money he’ll need to pay off Bea and move Grace to a place that will give her a shot at a better life, he works for his uncle’s meth cooking and distribution operation. It’s not what he wants, it’s what he must do.

But Bea wants more than the payoff money Jen offers for sole custody of Grace. And when the meth trade, with its cast of violent extremists, gets wind of Jen’s plan, Jen faces an even bigger threat to the safe, new life he envisions for Grace. As his world is violently ripped apart, Jen must fight to rescue his daughter from a hopeless future.
